These handles have a 3 1/2″ center to center attachment measurement. This means that the holes for attachment screws, when measured from the center of one hole to the center of the second hole are 3 1/2″ apart. Be sure to measure from the middle of the two holes when measuring existing holes or a handle that you are trying to match for optimum accuracy.
3 1/2″ center to center are a slightly larger than typical size. These are fairly unusual. They were used on a variety of different furniture and some cabinetry.
