Ordering

We are glad you found us! We are a small family operated business with a very busy brick and mortar store, so we cannot guarantee that all items on the website are up to date and available, but we do our best! If you are interested in an item, we encourage you to place an order for it on the website or give us a call so that we can verify availability. Orders placed through the website will not be charged. If the item is available, a Paypal invoice will be sent to the contact email and payment can be made securely through Paypal. With the invoice email, you should be able to pay with a credit card or through Venmo even if you do not have a Paypal account. So don’t worry if you do not have a Paypal account!

We do our best to get the invoice out within a few hours of the order, so keep an eye out for it. Ordered items will only be held for 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made. If the invoice is not paid within the 2 week period, the order will be cancelled and the item will be put back into inventory. You are welcome to re-order at any time if the item is still available. We do appreciate prompt payments, as we strive to send out the invoices as quickly as possible, even on days when the store is closed.

Shipping

Our ability to ship items is limited. We do try to put in the description of the item whether or not it may be available for shipping. We can ship items that are not fragile and that fit into a standard size box or envelope. Shipping is done through USPS. Shipping cost is not calculated into the order until availability is verified, but it will be included in the Paypal invoice if shipping is needed. Due to the uniqueness our items, we cannot calculate shipping until orders are placed, but this way we are able to get you the best rate possible. We use the lowest priced shipping method, which is usually 2-4 days in the continental US. Please let us know when you order if you are needing expedited shipping.

Handles and knobs are usually shipped in a 6 x 10″ bubble mailer. Larger items in a 10 x 6 1/2 x 2 1/2″ box or larger, depending on size. Multiple items will be combined into one box to get you the best rate. The minimum shipping is around $4, so please keep this in mind when ordering single knobs, handles or small items. It is more economical to order a few at a time!
