Norwalk Albany Screen Door Set

Decorative screen doorknob set with latch by Norwalk. Albany design. Made of cast iron. The set includes a  fully functional locking latch, doorknob set and one decorative rosette. Cir. 1909-1933. Doorknobs measure 2 1/8″ diam. Doorknob shaft will work for doors between 1″-1 1/2″ thick.

Latch box measures 2 1/4″h x 3 1/2″l. Latch box mounts to the exterior of door with three screws.

Norwalk

Norwalk Lock Company began under the leadership of Ebenezer Hill in 1865. It was located in Norwalk, CT. They manufactured locks, keys, builders hardware and apple peelers.In 1864, after the purchase of a steam pump company, it became Norwalk Iron Works. The Segal Lock and Hardware Company acquired Norwalk in 1929.
