FC Linde Door Plate

Decorative solid bronze door plate by FC Linde. Cir. 1885- 1892. Eastlake style with filled background and floral motif in the middle. The plate measures 5 1/4″l x 1 3/4″w. It is marked on the back F.C. Linde & Co. Dreskill, N.J.

There is also one unmarked version available that is not counted in the inventory, possibly a slightly later model. After FC Linde was bought out by Norwich, they continued to produce some of the original designs.
