Chicago/NilesBrewster door Chicago/Niles Brewster Door Plate for keyed entry.

A heavy cast bronze door plate made by Chicago/Niles.  Cir. 1895. The Brewster design features a monogram C at the top and basket weave and Greek inspired decorations. Unique applied oval pieces give the design a more 3 dimensional feel. This door plate is set up with a large hole at the top for modern style keyed entry and a doorknob hole below. This type of plate is usually used on the outside of an exterior door. The door plate is in excellent condition.

The door plate measures 12″h x 2 5/8″w.
