These handles have a 4 3/4″ center to center attachment measurement. This means that the holes for attachment screws, when measured from the center of one hole to the center of the second hole are 4 3/4″ apart. Be sure to measure from the middle of the two holes when measuring existing holes or a handle that you are trying to match for optimum accuracy.
4 3/4″ center to center handles are fairly unusual oversized handles. They were usually used on furniture pieces, often in the 1970s when oversized, chunky hardware was popular.
