Description

A pair of very unique pocket door plates with a Japanese style motif. “Osaka” design by Yale & Towne, cir. 1910. Cast iron with bronze plating. These came from a mansion owned by the prominent Thatcher family in Pueblo, CO. A smaller mansion owned by the brother is now a museum. Each plate measures 8 1/4″l x 2 1/2″w.
