Barrows Geneva Doorknob Set

Decorative doorknob set made of cast iron with some remnants of copper finish. Made by Barrows. Geneva design. This doorknob was also used with the Bourges design plate. Cir. 1920. Doorknobs measure 2 1/4″ diam.

Some rust pitting on one knob.

The doorknob shaft is adjustable. The shaft can be set for a gap between 1 3/4″-2 3/4″ (without door plates). If a different sized shaft is needed, let us know. we may be able to swap out a different size.

Barrows Lock Works began in 1880 in Lockport, Ill. It is purchased by Yale & Towne in 1925, but they continue to produce under the barrows name until 1953.
